Meet Re-ana
Welcome. I am Reana Jhagroo, the Principal Counsellor and founder of Re-ana Counselling & Psychotherapy. Holding a Master’s Degree in Counselling and over 38 years of clinical experience spanning Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, I have dedicated my life's work to helping individuals find clarity, resilience, and strength during their most challenging moments.
My Clinical Approach
Throughout my three decades of practice, I have integrated evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities tailored to the unique rhythms of each client. I specialize in supporting adults navigating complex life transitions, young people managing academic and social pressures, and professionals experiencing profound burnout. My goal is to offer a collaborative, highly secure clinical space where deep healing can take place seamlessly via telehealth.
